before the traveling toy theatre name, this home recording project was called "mercury lights". but was changed due to sounding too generic. this is the first real "demo" put together on 4-track, and not just me screeching into a broken tape recorder. bubbling cavities had a music video made for a film festival entry. all music was recorded in early to mid 25'. alot of these songs are supposed to be in stereo, but all i've got to digitize these tapes with is a usb thing held together by tape, courdesy of Kaden. when we get a better converter, these will be reuploaded in better quality.

a collection of boombox demos, with some fun little backstories. alot of these are probably the first takes since there is quite a bit of voice cracking... the last 2 tracks are off a undigitized cassette album, the 2nd of which is incomplete, and also really would benifit from stereo rips, the left and right speaker was supposed to a voice to each of their channels. and was originally supposed to have a backing track.

a very distored and fuzzed out tape. sounds like the boombox speakers broke or something like that... standing there also came from the undigitized cassette album... will probably get to that soon.

traveling toy theatre is very proud to announce: samples of venus' atmosphere!!! our very first tape, in beautiful stereoscopic sound! thise is the first cassette with more than 3 copies existing. the album's found in used record stores around pheonix arizona, mainly check stinkweeds records if you want a casette, i'll stock more at stinkweeds records if they sell. the label comes with a link to download the album (a link that redirects the site.) this album started production from october 2025, to february 2026.
